Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped. Shipping times are calculated from when your order has been processed not from when your order was placed. Find your shipping times and rates in the chart below.

International Shipping

Ginny Lea not only ships across the United States, but also to over 30 countries world wide including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.  To find shipping times and rates for your area, check out the chart below. For international customers, customs fees may apply.

Original Artwork Shipping

All available original artwork will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.  Your shipping times and rates will be calculated at the end of your order based on the artwork's weight and your location. 

Original Artwork Local Pick-up

For those of you interested in purchasing Ginny Lea's original artwork, you may choose to pick up the art locally in Manhattan, KS instead of shipping.  In order to pick-up original art work here are a couple things to remember:

1. After purchasing, be sure to email Ginny Lea at artbyginny@gmail.com to setup pick-up details

2. You must buy the art work you want to pick up in a separate order, with no other merchandise

Shipping Information

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fees may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email artbyginny@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order, go to the cart and click "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for the goods - we will ship your package within 2-7 business days.

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.
